From venue and daily rhythm to ceremonies, logistics, and on-the-ground coordination, everything is handled with care and cultural respect. You stay in the depth of your facilitation without carrying the operational load, local protocols, or decision-making.

Prepare for your journey

Facilitators are required to travel under the appropriate Indonesian visa. Healing Holidays can organise this on your behalf and include the cost in your package fee.

Before travelling, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months past your return date, and secure comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and belongings. If you take regular medication, check import restrictions with your doctor and the Indonesian embassy.

If your retreat includes ceremonial participation, we’ll guide you on cultural preparation, dress, and etiquette. You’ll be supported every step of the way — from airport arrival to your final blessing.
