Healing Holidays creates intimate, therapist-led retreats in Bali that support deep emotional work within a culturally respectful framework.

Our retreats bring together qualified therapeutic care and traditional Balinese healing, held quietly and intentionally.

Healing looks different for everyone. Some arrive needing rest and regulation. Others arrive ready to face something long avoided. We don’t prescribe a single path — we design conditions that allow each person to meet themselves where they are.

Curated with Care, Guided by Tradition

Each retreat is designed in partnership with licensed mental health professionals and experienced local practitioners. Trauma-informed group work is balanced with ceremony, rest, and integration.

Nothing is rushed. Days are paced to support the nervous system, not overwhelm it. What’s included — accommodation, healing work, movement, food, and ritual — is chosen for coherence rather than excess.

Healing Through, Not Just In, Bali

Bali is not a backdrop. It is approached as a living cultural and spiritual context.

Through trusted local relationships, guests are welcomed into traditional healing practices — including water purification and sessions with a Mangku — with preparation, consent, and respect. These experiences are offered relationally, not transactionally, and are held as part of a wider therapeutic process.

Built for Practitioners, Held for Guests

Healing Holidays works as a cultural and logistical partner for therapists and facilitators already doing meaningful work with their clients.

We take care of the structure — venues, scheduling, ceremony, guest preparation, and on-the-ground coordination — so practitioners can focus on the therapeutic work, and guests can focus on their healing.
