Co Hosted
You lead the work. We hold the rest.
This offering is for experienced practitioners who already know how to run retreats — but want to go deeper, with cultural integrity, trusted ceremonial access, and meaningful on-the-ground support.
You bring your clients, your program, and your pace. We bring the land, the relationships, and the rhythms that make Bali what it is — respectfully.
This is not white-labelling. It’s partnership. You stay in your role. We stay in ours.
Who is it for?
This model is best suited to experienced facilitators who are already confident running retreats in Bali or elsewhere — but who want to go deeper, with the support of a cultural bridge that’s respectful, authentic, and already embedded.
It’s for you if:
You have a clear retreat program and client group
You’ve sourced your venue (or know how to)
You want to integrate Balinese healing or ceremony but don’t want to “DIY” it
You care deeply about cultural integrity and want to work with people you trust
You’re looking for support, not control — a local partner who knows how to walk beside you
What you offer
Lead your group and facilitate your therapeutic or professional program
Manage guest registrations, pricing, and communications (unless otherwise agreed)
Book your own accommodation (if preferred) and secure facilitator visa (unless we’re supporting it)
Curate your preferred flow — with optional afternoon or evening experiences added in
What we offer
Provide access to trusted Balinese healers and ceremonial leaders
Coordinate rituals like Melukat, Mangku visits, Tri Desna healing, and more
Offer guest preparation and briefing support (dress, cultural etiquette, meaning)
Schedule, liaise, and coordinate logistics for any cultural elements
Offer visa assistance if requested
Optional: support with pricing integration, retreat timing, and session spacing
Prepare for your journey
Facilitators are required to travel under the appropriate Indonesian visa. Healing Holidays can organise this on your behalf and include the cost in your package fee, or support you in managing the process independently. We'll advise you on the best option during planning.
Before travelling, ensure your passport is valid for at least six months past your return date, and secure comprehensive travel insurance covering health, cancellations, and belongings. If you take regular medication, check import restrictions with your doctor and the Indonesian embassy. No vaccinations are required, but your GP may recommend some based on your history.
We’ll provide a detailed packing list — but in general, bring breathable clothing, temple-appropriate attire, a refillable water bottle, swimwear, and your preferred tech setup. Local SIMs or eSIMs are inexpensive, and we’ll assist with currency exchange on arrival.
If your retreat includes ceremonial participation, we’ll guide you on cultural preparation, dress, and etiquette. You’ll be supported every step of the way — from airport arrival to your final blessing.
